Cleansing Routine
The Colon Cleansing Kit™ can be used (2 - 4 times per year) as a stand-alone cleansing therapy – or as the first step of the Complete Cleansing Program™. It is highly recommended to fully cleanse the colon prior to beginning the Internal Cleansing Kit™. A well-functioning colon enables the herbal formulas to work directly with the other five pathways of cleansing (liver, lungs, kidneys, skin and lymph), without having to deal with a “backed-up” body sewer (colon) – the 6th pathway. By removing old, accumulated wastes from the intestines, this allows the Para-Cleansing formulas of the Internal Cleansing Kit™ to re-balance the “unwanted guests” population more easily and more completely.
The Complete Cleansing Programme – Step by Step
Part 1 |
Days 1-3 |
Focusing on increasing your bowel movements while gradually decreasing the size of your meals. You will start taking the Digestive Stimulator and the Toxin Absorber with organic apple juice. |

Days 4–8 |
Ready to begin the five day liquid only fast. By taking your Toxin Absorber on time every three hours, you will keep a full feeling in your stomach and reduce the effect of toxins being released. You can have as much strained vegetable soup broth or apple juice as you want. |

On the last day you'll start eating healthy, wholesome foods and break your fast gently. |

Note: Because of individual variations in drawing up liquid into your dropper, you may finish your bottles of liquid formulas before the end of seven days. This is perfectly OK. Continue with remaining formulas as directed.
You may have some Digestive Stimulator and Friendly Bacteria Replenisher capsules left. Continue to take these until they are all gone.
The colon cleansing program will gently scrub the sides of the intestines. This will remove the decaying waste from the walls of the colon. As it does this, we are able to eliminate it properly. Constipation and diarrhoea will abate. The colon becomes a friendlier area to good bacteria that acts to keep us healthy. The good bacteria will make sure that the bad bacteria do not get out of hand. We are also able to absorb the essential nutrients and vitamins again. Colon cleansing allows the body to function the way it was meant to function.
How Do I Know If I Have Unwanted Guests?
It is very possible that, during Step Two, dead or alive unwanted guests will be visible in your stools. They could look like little white specks of rice or white pumpkin seeds. If you see anything that moves in your stools, it is a sure sign of unwanted guests. Itching or rashes can also be a sign (see pages 29 & 30 of the Users Guide). Ask your healthcare practitioner if you are unsure.
What Should I Do If I Have Unwanted Guests?
The para cleansing formulas of this cleansing program will begin the process of their complete removal. If you already know you have unwanted guests, or observe them, or experience uncomfortable symptoms while taking the para cleansing formulas, then you should suspect you have them and repeat the para cleanse part of this program one week after you finish the Internal Cleansing Kit. You will also need to do this again three weeks later. Ask for our Para Cleansing Kit, which contains specific formulas for this purpose only. If you do not see any unwanted guests in your stools or experience any uncomfortable symptoms, then do not worry. You may not have a problem. Even so, be sure to finish all the para cleansing formulas.
CAUTION - This product should not be used by: Pregnant or nursing mothers, Anyone with an active acute infection, Anyone recovering from a medical procedure, surgery or therapy, anyone with a bowel obstruction and anyone with extreme weakness or deficiencies should not do the fasting version of the kit.
